Puchong House Cleaning Checklist

Before you book

Send the team the information needed to confirm a suitable visit:

• Your Puchong neighbourhood and property type, such as condo, apartment or landed home.
• Your preferred date and either the morning session, 8:00am–12:00pm, or afternoon session, 1:00pm–5:00pm.
• The rooms or tasks that should receive the most attention.
• Whether you will prepare your own cleaning tools or want the team to provide them.
• Any access, parking, lift or building-management instructions the team should know.

Prepare the home

• Put away important documents, medication and fragile personal items.
• Clear small items from the surfaces and floors you want cleaned.
• Separate laundry, dishes or belongings that should not be handled.
• Keep pets, children and valuables in a safe area during the visit where practical.
• Point out delicate surfaces, priority rooms and anything that needs special care.

If you are booking regular weekly cleaning in Puchong, ask the team about the separate weekly special offer. Extra time or extended sessions must be discussed before booking.

On the day of the visit

1. Make sure the agreed access method and parking instructions are ready.
2. Show the team the priority areas and explain any exclusions.
3. Keep the phone number used for booking available in case the team needs clarification.
4. At the end, review the main areas together and raise any questions before the team leaves.
